Kostyukovichi
Kostyukovichi is a city in the Mogilev region of Belarus on the Zhadunka river. For the first time, Kostyukovichi was mentioned in chronicles from 1508 as one of the ancient Slavic settlements of the Radimichi tribe. In 1973, the Kostyukovichi Museum of Local Lore was opened here, which has several expositions that tell about the nature and history of the region. Among the museum items, the most valuable are folk costumes, towels, bedspreads, costumes of gymnasium teachers of the early 20th century, documents and personal belongings of A. Kuleshov, I. Chigrinov, A. Pismenkov, paintings by A.S. Barkhatkov, books with autographs of the authors. In 2022, the population of the city was 15 thousand people.
