Klimovichi
Klimovichi is a small town in the east of Belarus in the Mogilev region on the Kalinitsa River. Klimovichi was first mentioned in historical documents in 1581 as a small settlement in the Mstislav Voivodeship of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. in 1858, the Klimovichi distillery was built on the banks of the Lobzhanka River. Today, the plant produces rectified alcohol "Lux" and raw alcohol, vodka, balsams, tinctures, liqueurs, fruit wines, fruit and berry juices, cognacs, brandy, drinking and carbonated waters. The Klimovichi Regional Museum of Local Lore presents an exposition about the history of the city and the present. The population of Klichev is about 16 thousand people.
