Dzerzhinsk
Dzerzhinsk is a small district town located in the Minsk region near the international highway M1. Until 1932, the city was called Koydanov and was known since the time of Kievan Rus. The city was renamed in honor of F. E. Dzerzhinsky, who was born not far away, in the Dzerzhinovo estate. In 2022, the population of Dzerzhinsk was about 30 thousand people.
